4 starsI was totally happy with Derek and his efforts to replace our garbage disposal.
I was not thrilled with the cost of the repair. I questioned the folks at Trouble Free and was told that they charged by the job and not how many hours/supplies were required. This method of charging for repairs seems to smooth the process of repair and reimbursement but I am used to paying for the parts and how long it takes.
As good as Trouble Free is in making repairs I will give consideration to their method of compensation the next time I need a plumber.
