    We went to this company for a washer and dryer set in January of 2023. 3 days after receiving the units the washer started making strange noises, wouldn't fill with hot water (cold water only), the cold water that would fill the tank wouldn't drain, and it was spewing water all over my laundry room floor. We called the store asking for a repair since the unit was under warrantee, they came to "repair" the issue, and within a week it was having the same issues. This went on for 2 more occasions. On the last "repair" appointment they sent us a bill for the "repairs", since our "warrently was over", in spite of this being the same issue the washer had from the get-go. Now the washer we paid good money for won't even turn on. Just 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING IT. When Darren, the company owner, was confronted about this he refused to make it right, refused to fix the BUNK washer he sold me, and still insisted on me paying for these "repairs". I now have to go somewhere else to buy ANOTHER new washer/dryer set to replace the bunk ones we were sold. If this is how this company treats their customers, selling them broken machines so they can charge them more for "repairs" multiple times in a row, then they have no right running a business at all. Truly a shameful interaction. We will not be paying the bill, we will not be going there again, and we will be warning all of our peers to do the same.
