    My daughter wanted to try out the new arcade in town on November 3rd Peoria IL) Her and two friends went to the arcade and I agreed to pay for them all. I put $120.00 on my daughter ***** card. She paid and then instantly called me and said her card was getting declined. I showed her that the money was taken out of her ***** account and she showed it to the older gentleman working the store. He then called for his manager and his manager said “nothing came through on there end” . My daughter said that it did go through and the manager told my daughter that if it did “it would fall off her account in next 24 hours since they didn’t see the money in there end” . I then had to put another $40.00 on her account and that amount went through. I have filed a complaint with ***** since November 4th and have followed up with them constantly and I get the same answer “merchant hasn’t gotten back to them yet” . I want my $120.00 back, that is a lot of money and she got nothing for it!!
