    Menu reflects one price($10.45)  and when I pay with taxes the price was over $15

    Waitress indicated last time that owner didn't want to print new menus as price might increase again.

     We had posted a notice stating due to the price increase prices of some items ( mostly eggs ) that menu price  may not reflect actually price . This notice was on front door and  has been removed with out our knowledge.   New Menus are being printed . if waitress told  them qe didn't want too she miss spoke as we are awaiting them from  Multi Media services .

    Ni items are no difference  of more than $1.

    If they produce a receipt   I will refund the difference.

     I am rejecting this response because: I know for a fact that his staff was getting complaints as I overheard a staff person say she was getting tired of people getting so angry at her about it.  As a business person, it is his responsibility to take care of his customers & I don't think his posting a notice on the front door was adequate (actually I don't believe it happened at all) & if it was posted on the door & subsequently removed without their knowledge, then it was up to the manager to see that notification was given to customers.  He should have put a written notice on every table & had his staff mention such to customers when they ordered.  Never encountered a restaurant having the audacity to charge more than the listed price on menus.    As far as a receipt is concerned, the waitress staff use a computer, hand held device to order & let you know the bill.   The last time I was in there, I asked for a receipt & my table mate did not want a receipt & staff somehow could not then print me out a receipt as she didn't know how to backtrack after my table mate had not wanted a receipt
