    These guys are the best in the ****** metro area. Although my problem with my phone was multiple things, they made sure that I walked out happy. I totally recommend these people for any electronic repair. Thank you Sean.

    Fix my gadget diagnosed my computer as irreparably damaged hard drive was crashed and not working. Went to best buy to purchase a new computer and they looked at my old computer and did nothing but plug in. My computer is operating fine. Fix my gadget gave me an incorrect diagnosis of my laptop and I was planning to purchase new laptop at **** *** and I double checked fix my gadget diagnostics. I called fix my gadget to let them know of the incorrect diagnosis and asked for the return of my monies. The manager refused to refund my monies and "said "It was luck my computer turned on." Fix my gadget took my monies and never performed diagnostic and returned my computer as "irreparable". Fix my gadget has immoral business practices.

After investigating the matter, we found that there was a miscommunication between technician and customer. While we did undergo our diagnostic procedure as normal, we understand that there were concerns about the powering of the device, which led to a misinterpretation of the situation and nearly costing for an unnecessary replacement device. Although we were not able to fix the laptop, we want to assure you that we do take pride in our work, and do everything we can to give the customer what they need. Sometimes, things slip past us, however, and we take full responsibility for any confusion that arose from our communication. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. In order to make things right, we have issued a full refund for our services and will be sending additional compensation for your time and expenses. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and strive to always do what is right for our customers. In the future we would like to offer a complementary diagnosis for future problems that may arise with this or any other device you have. Regarding our business practices, we want to assure you that we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. We take pride in providing reliable and trustworthy services to our customers, and we would never intentionally deceive or rip off our customers.     Thank you for the response back. I am a customer who brought my laptop to a professional to find out why it wasn't working. Fix my gadget diagnosed my issues as a damaged hard drive per the diagnostic ran. Fix my gadget, is reviewing their process to ensure this will not happen to another customer, I have been refunded my monies and made whole

    I took my grandson's phone here because he could not hear very well on it, and it would not charge. The technician cleaned it and said, “no charge,” which is something I never hear! I will definitely come back if I have any other phone problems.
