  Horrible Customer Service, the wood that they used is all **** wood, anything to save a dollar to put more in his pocket. the deck is up but not quality at all. It was put next to the pool, which the saw cut into the pool trim and metal. I messaged and called for them to come out and fix, no response. I was supposed to have concrete steps pour, and after many calls, texts and messages. He stated he never heard from his concrete guy he would take money off our bill. not a very pleasant experience. wouldn't recommend.

  Booked a job in November of 2022. His original plan was to start in June of 2023. Per his contract, we gave 25% down and another 25% was due 2-3 weeks before the job starts. Nick contacted us in March of 2023 and said he had a job pushed out and could start ours sooner. We gave him the next 25% like promised in his contract and he was supposed to start in a couple weeks. After months and months and months of delays and excuses, nothing was done. No material delivered, many promised start dates that turned into no shows without communication. We finally asked for a refund in late September as our deck is literally going to fall off the house. Mr. Hamby simply said he doesn’t have the funds to cut us a check immediately and could do installments. Still haven’t heard what his “installment plan” is or seen a dime back from him. He has taken over $10,000 from us with nothing in return. Definitely do not recommend! I usually don’t do reviews but I’d hate for this to happen with someone else’s hard earned money.

  Booked him in February of 2023, he promised our deck and fence would be completed in time for Memorial Day weekend. Paid him the 50% up front per his request. I had to reach out to him first for every communication per text messages or phone calls. He had an employee come out prior to Memorial Day, tear off the floor and steps of the deck, left the old material along our fence and never returned. 3 months of excuses, delays. Owner would never update us first, only after repeated messages from us would he respond. Asked for a refund which he refused until we turned him into our credit card company, i do jot recommend.

  He came to my house about doing a concrete patio. After discussing the project we agreed upon a price and time it was to be finished by. I gave him my 50% down that he required. After many delays and excuses, through emails. It has now been over a month and my patio hasn't even been started.
  I have requested that my deposit be returned to me. He told me he would meet me and return my deposit. Now he's not returning my emails on where to meet. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  We got behind on a couple of jobs. I advised him of this and told him I would take some money off his bill. He asked for a refund. I agreed to meet him to provide a refund.
