    ????? A Total Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs
    In March 2023, I spoke with Mike Kuehn while he was digging a hole for a basketball pole down the street. Seemed like a decent guy, so I called him on April 10, 2023, to set up an install at my house. I even took the time to arrange for JULIE to mark the property.
    He showed up on Friday, April 14, 2023, to start Phase 1: digging the hole and pouring the concrete. He told me the concrete would need 5–7 days to cure and said he'd be back around April 18–19 to install the pole.
    I paid him $600 in cash (with a $50 discount for paying that way), and he wrote me a receipt. I also gave him $30 extra to haul away the excess dirt. I even took a photo of his driver’s license for peace of mind.
    That’s when everything fell apart:
    April 19 – Texted him: no response.
    April 20 – Texted again: he finally replied and said he’d come Friday the 21st. Never showed.
    April 24 – Texted again: no response.
    April 25 – Called at 10:07 AM: no answer, voicemail full or not set up.
    April 26 – Texted again: he replied and said he’d come Thursday the 27th at 3:30 PM.
    April 27 – No call, no show.
    After that, nothing. Completely ghosted.
    It’s taken me two full years to calm down enough to even write this review. I was patient, respectful, and more than fair. I paid upfront, coordinated everything, and followed up professionally. What I got in return was stress, silence, and a half-finished job.
    Do not hire Mike Kuehn. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of people’s time and trust.
