     I am rejecting this response because:


    I still have not received my refund or any communication in regards to my refund. They actually sent me another bill and i have documentation that my bill was paid in full and above amount due. 

    This is considered malpractice..why is this being allowed?

     I am rejecting  When I call they make excuses why i can’t talk to the manager. Says they’ll have her call me back but never does. 
    the work they did was unacceptable and they trapped me into paying for it even before I saw them. Then once I took delivery they basically said it’s too late. This type of deception of a senior citizen is outrageous. I want my money back!
