    I purchased a custom shirt for Father’s Day and have not received it. It was paid for the week prior to Father’s Day but the transaction was not charged to my account until the 24th of June. We were told that the shirt will not be made on time but that we would receive it within the next two weeks. Now, almost 4 months later I have still not received this product and can get no reply from the business other than automated replies. I work in the same building and have tried to stop by several times but they are never open, however I have seen the owner moving items in and out of the store. When the order was 2 months late, my sister contacted her and they agreed on the product as well as a partial refund. We still have yet to receive either. I would just like my product and partial refund, or I would like the shirt I provided and a full refund. I paid the business $53.96.
    This has been a ridiculous process just for a shirt and I am very disappointed. There are other texts that were between her and my sister but I do not have access to those. The business owner gave excuse after excuse as to why the product wasn’t done and I am fed up. This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift, not a Christmas gift!
