      I bought a refrigerator from Sherman's because my other refrigerator went out. When I called they told me that I had warranty but no one in maintenance works on weekends. So I called Monday abd I talked to customer service and told them my situation. She told my refrigerator had no warranty but I told her I only had it for a 1 year and 7 months. She told me that my manufacturer warranty is only 1 year. I couldn't get maintenance out until Wednesday and it cost me 149.99 just for them to come out to look at my refrigerator and they had to order a part. So it took almost 2 weeks before I got my refrigerator working again. It cost another 329.49 plus 149.99 to get my refrigerator up and running again

      My name is Greg D****** and I live in ***** and just had to Shermans repair man Chris with a K last initial of his last name as it H and he did a wonderful job that I would say he went above and beyond courteous professional all the good things and he fix the issue. Very happy with the service And I would love to have a shout out for Khris. Thank you very much.

      I would not use them. Terrible customer service. Appliances came with scratches and they tore a check out of my counter top installing a fridge. Made me send pics then over the last month have been out twice to "inspect" the damage and still nothing is resolved. They do not care you have to take time off work. Considering they have different teams to fix different issues, I would say this is the norm. I paid $150 for the worst service imaginable. Never heard from the sales rep after I paid unless I called him. Paul sure can hock the stuff on tv but cannot back it up.

      Uhm, no. I bought a dishwasher and washing machine from them the same day. Had to pay for two different deliveries. Think I got a break on the cost? Nah. Still waiting on the washing machine. They've tried twice. The last time they showed up without the machine---kinda hard to install a machine you don't have. Still waiting. Customer service means nothing to these folks. Got an update at 9am that I was the 9th stop for them. Well that tells me a lot. So this is the third day I've wasted staying home waiting on a delivery. They don't even have the courtesy to provide an update.
