Greg S**** is a fly by night contractor. His personal owned "concrete company" is basically a crew full of inexperienced idiots that Greg forces you to use for foundation and flatwork on the garages he sells. We really appreciated how he used a 6 inch wide trencher to dig our footings when the contract specifically said 8 to 10 inch wide footing excavated with a mini excavator. After forcing Greg to remove the footing with threats of getting lawyers involved, this set our new garage project back about a week and a half. We also love the fact that our garage floor holds water in about 4 differences places. Like I said before, beware of Greg and his "concrete company." Coach house garage was more than surprised to find out how Greg treated us and that he was exclusively only allowing his "concrete company" to do the concrete work on the garage he sells. I would definitely recommend a coach house garage. That being said I would definitely recommend NEVER using Greg S**** as the salesman for your new garage.

We built this garage back in August of 2018 the 14th & 15th to be exact,( 5 + years ago). seems like he is upset regarding this project!! Were not sure why a customer would wait past the warranty time to complain (5 year written warranty). We've looked through the folder here at the home office, and have nothing noting any service calls or or complaints.(It is possible that it didn't get documented we are human and it is possible) Additionally did see where there was a discount issued something relating to the concrete construction (Delivery driver of the Rock backed over something). Concrete Contractor mentioned ceased their operations couple years ago! The Sales Rep Greg S**** has worked for us for 12 years he recently retired, Greg said when i spoke to him that things did get a bit tense during this project, at which he recalled the customer messaging him and apologizing for later. Addressing the concrete can be difficult any time, from what were hearing is he has a few spots that hold water. This is a common issue and is almost impossible to pour a floor with enough slope to drain the entire garage of water. Although it is past warranty time , we would be inclined to take a look at the issue he has mentioned and see what could be done!
