    I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frankly, anger, regarding the appalling treatment I and hundreds of other patients have received from Solvera Clinic. For years, I was under the care of a physician at this clinic and reliably received necessary medications. We were recently informed via a letter from our doctor that he would be out for an extended period, but were assured that the clinic staff would continue to provide care and that we had nothing to worry about. This assurance turned out to be a blatant lie.
    On the very day my medication refills were due, I received a callous phone call informing me that Solvera Clinic would no longer be providing my care and that my information had been sent as a referral to H******** ******. The individual delivering this news was condescending and displayed absolutely no empathy for the precarious situation this put me and countless other patients in. He attempted to deflect blame onto us, the patients, for this complete failure on Solvera's part.
    It is my firm belief that Solvera Clinic knowingly took on a large number of patients and profited from their care, only to abruptly abandon them when they failed to properly manage their programs. This is the antithesis of the Hippocratic Oath and the fundamental duty of a medical provider. To leave vulnerable individuals without essential medication and offer nothing more than a cold referral is not only negligent but potentially dangerous.
    This clinic needs to be held accountable for their actions. They have caused significant stress, anxiety, and potential harm to their patients. I strongly urge anyone considering Solvera Clinic for their healthcare needs to look elsewhere. This is not a place that values patient well-being or provides responsible medical care. In my opinion, Solvera Clinic should be shut down before they can further jeopardize the health and lives of more individuals.

    Dr S**** is a great lyme literate Dr! I was so relieved that finally, 7 Drs & 2 years later I was diagnosed right. I was losing hope. Now that I'm on the road to recovery...his office calls to tell me he isn't there anymore! I'm at a loss. I hope he knows how he's affected my life and others with his expertise, caring, and compassion.

    Dr. S******* ***** is a very personable and kind Doctor. His attention to detail is amazing and lead him to make a diagnosis of my medical condition, Lyme Disease. Several doctors and years later, Dr. S******* ***** is now treating me to stop the Lyme progression and regain my health. I have been so Blessed to have found him and his Staff at Solvera Health Care. It is important to me to share this with everyone, I highly recommend him as a Doctor. Everyone at Solvera Health Care is so professional, committed and kind!!

    On 11/29 I went to Solvera Health to establish care, I had complete check-up with bloodwork. When I was originally told I would get bloodwork done, I told the physician I would go elsewhere for my bloodwork. She said, we do bloodwork here. She was hesitant to give me orders to go elsewhere. I was thinking, it isn't a huge deal, I will just get my bloodwork done here. 11/30 I receive a call, the doctor is VERY concerned. My creatinine level was a 4.0 (Stage 4 Kidney Failure). She insisted I come back in and she proceeds to order a series of more testing due to this high creatinine level. I let this happen because I was under the impression via the doctor that this was very serious. So, I let them do more bloodwork. The next day, 11/31, I have a call on my answering machine essentially telling me this was a false alarm and my creatinine level was now at .5. I am very aware that this type of change in 24 hours is highly unlikely, more likely was faulty testing. Solvera not only is charging my for their services, but also a bunch of cost in lab services via LabCorp. I called Solvera Health regarding this, they seemed as if they didn't want to remove charges for all the added lab cost or anything else. The patient shouldn't be responsible to pay for additional labs because the 1st labs caused an alarm. If they were correct to begin with we wouldn't be here. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or a way to defraud the patient and insurance. I refuse to allow this to happen, they need to be accountable for their inaccuracies.
