5 starsAfter 15 yrs of neglect, I finally decided to get maintenance done on my A/C. As might be expected after more than a decade, there was a bump--unit stopped working right after MJ left. The wonderful thing, though, was MJ's response! It was immediate! I never even broke a sweat, my house didn't have time to warm up!
Too, I was treated with respect, told exactly what was going on, and given tips going forward.
Definitely will be giving the unit the yearly care it needs & definitely staying with Hotshot.Review fromPat G.
