      I have an unauthorized pending charge on my debit card for the fourth time from Pere Marquette hotel in Peoria Illinois within a month, for an amount I've already paid for a reservation on May 8-10, 2025.

      I reserved a room through a third party reservation company for a check-in date of May 8, check-out May 10. We were in town to attend my aunt's funeral.

      Since then, I've been charged 4 times for the amount of $425.50 (once for $400, then $25.50) from this hotel because they were unable to access the funds available to the hotel through the third party company. When one amount would fall off my debit card, then another charge for the same amount of $425.50 would appear within a week withholding my funds again. After several calls and speaking with a manager, my account was back to normal. On Friday, May 23, she called to see if everything was ok and I told her my account was back to normal.

      On June 11, I get the same pending charge again at 8:45 am for $425.50. I paid for this reservation (see attached paid and current pending charges). I'm not understanding why this unauthorized charge is being made. Funds in my debit account are being withheld again for this amount for the fourth time. There is no need for my funds to be withheld. I do not have a current reservation with this hotel.

      My May 8-10 reservation is under my last name first, then my first name as my last name because for some reason my name was transposed on my reservation and it has not been corrected yet according to the front desk.

      I've made contact on June 11 only with the front desk because no one else was available. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told all managers were in a meeting or on vacation. I called again on June 12 around 9:20 am and was told by the front desk that the managers were again in a meeting. I asked for accounting and left a voicemail. I was told by the front desk that she no longer works there.

      As of today, no one from the hotel has has communicated with me.
