      On 8-31-23 ****** Medicare dropped complete home respiratory came from the list of places that we could purchase from. So I got another company right away. Now for 2 mo. I have received a bill saying I purchased equipment from them on 9-10-23 that is a lie I would not be stupid enough to buy from a company that ****** would not pay for. And I refuse to pay. I have had trouble with this company previously. They sent me a bill for 6 mo that I had already paid. I had to prove to them that I paid by showing them on my bank app on my phone. I then talked with the manager who assured me that I was totally paid off and would receive no more bills.

      ****** is correct, she did not receive anything from us on 9/10/23, however on 10/10/22 she received an *** ** ******* CPAP. Her insurance reimburses for 13 months as a capped rental, therefore the 9/10/23 was the 12th reoccurring rental month of 13 total months that have been billed. Her ****** insurance (which dropped all local providers on 8/1/23) allowed providers like us to bill until the end of the capped rental period, as opposed to having their clients return equipment and then have to procure elsewhere.

      Therefore, the copay from the 9/10/23 rental month is owed by ******!
