    Used this business to fix leaking toilet. worker came out pulled toilet. Didn't remove all water from tank or bowl-didn't place tarp under toilet so now my floor is scratched. water all over floor, seeping between tiles. When he disconnected water line, made no attempt to contain water and let it seep onto floor. Vaccuumed some after done, then dumped the filthy water from his filthy shop vac into the bathtub, on top of the tub mat. Made no attempt to clean tub. Toilet and floor dirty and covered with wax from seal. Didn't do much of a job cleaning that either. Took me over 1 hour to clean up mess. Then, I discovered one bolt cap was missing. Called business to complain. Said he would send Caleb back-He never came. I called a second time. Once again said he would replace caps and send out. Never did. Caleb also was to have one of their flooring people call me for an estimate. Never did. It's been almost a week. Lousy way to run a business. Need to be made aware of the quality or lack of with their workers. Toilet leaking worse than before.

    I used my home warranty who contacted BL Plumbing to handle my drain clog. I called and was able to set an appointment up same day.
