      Our A/C has had issues for months now, this being the 3rd time we’ve had issues with the ac. The first time we had an issue among many other issues with this apartment they fixed. However the second time we had an issue, our a/c system was leaking water for 2 weeks before a repair was made and we stated that water damage had formed and that it needed to be fixed before mold accumulated. This is now the 3rd time our ac has gone out and we are also discovering we have mold. Mold samples have been sent out for lab testing and we’re still waiting on doctor verification for confirmed mold exposure. We have now been without A/C for 5 days and attempted to serve the landlord with a notice of failure to provide adequate air conditioning and notice of tenant’s remedy, and they refused to take it. The A/C went out on Saturday Aug. 12 2023 at 5AM
      The complaint was made Aug. 14 2023 at 12pm as their office was closed over the weekend.
      A follow up complaint was made on Aug. 15 2023 8AM following that I had called multiple times that day requesting that something be done about it, they installed a in-window unit that has not provided us with any additional cooling and has actually caused the temp to go up. (Noted in the pictures) we notified them of this issue and requested a different form of compensation ie. another unit or a hotel.
      These request were denied. Today 8/16/23 we attempted to serve them the necessary documents by hand and they would not allow the document to stay. They then said they’d move us to their show unit however they will still be showing it during the day and our stuff is not to be in there. This again is among other issues, other issues being mold, our power going out constantly, water leaks, water damage, water heater not working, and electrical fire hazard due to old electrical wiring. We would like full compensation to leave this place and find a new place to live. Address **** * ****** ********** ** ***** ******** The apartment staff has been no help
