    I spoke with ***** *** the office manger about applying for a home. She told me once I do the application they verify employment and former landlords and the process will continue from there. ***** then emailed me the application for the rental home to the email I provided her with. After completion of the application I called back to inform her that the application was complete and there was a bill that reported derogatory on my credit profile that does not belong to me. She was unavailable so I spoke with ****** who was rude and unprofessional. She told me the application fee being paid doesn’t matter they will weigh out all applicants and go with the best fit. I was not not told this prior to applying. The company baited me with the application and switched once I paid the fee. I demand via email to be refunded due to false claims of the process, but never received a response from *****. I contacted the company in adequate time to cancel the processing of the application and be given a full refund.

    Hi *******, we thought everything was resolved when ***** emailed you about what had happened. You stated that it was okay and that you would like to procced so ***** went ahead and sent you a link to a property and from there we never heard anything. We are very sorry your experience was not pleasant as we strive to be our best help to finding you a home. The application fee is non refundable as we pay a service to run a back ground and credit check on the applicant. We would be more than happy to help find you a diffrent property.      I am rejecting this response because:
    I scheduled a tour of a different property. The tour was cancelled the morning of October 5,2023. There was no reason or proper consideration to reschedule. Not the best experience, at all.
