    I purchased a $500 dollar cake from them for my daughter’s 7th birthday and it was lopsided. They gave me a $100 gift certificate but refused to honor it once I came into to claim the $100 towards my next cake. I could not get to the gift certificate and they told me to bring pictures in to prove it. I did and then they said they would honor it and wrote up the receipts for new cakes. But then days later contacted me and asked for more money. I told them no and I want a refund they only gave me $85 back they still owe me $100 for the previous purchase because I don’t want to buy anything from them again. I could never trust them to prepare food me for me ever again.

    As our staff and management team explain, we have no problem refunding the amount. We just need the physical gift certificate to do so. Once we receive it we can issue the refund.

     I am rejecting this response because: there was an altercation the last time I was in their shop with the staff coming out to harass me about me seeking legal alternatives to rectify this situation.  I recorded the whole thing.  They threatened me with contacting the police.  I do not feel comfortable going back into their establishment.  And will never go back into their establishment ever again.  I just want my money back and this will be over.  They admit to owing the amount.  Just issue me a refund check for $100.00 that I can take to the bank.
