      Totally unnecessary repairs recommended - took us for $600. Car wouldn’t start - they told us it was a fuel injector. Didn’t solve the problem and the car REEKED of raw gas for days. Had them look at it again and this time the resolution was to replace the upper/lower intake gaskets - $900.

      Took to get another estimate and the car was fixed with replacing some coils - $200. That location told us neither the fuel injector nor the intake gaskets were the problem. Totally unnecessary repairs at Hiller’s.

      Stay away.

      Completely dissatisfied with my recent transaction by Greg at 2959 S. *********!!
      This dealer took advantage of the customer, lied about needing extra items to make a profit off this deal. When I called he claimed he does not make a profit off the tires purchased online and this is why he has to charge and make up things customers need to make up for the profit loss. I am extremely disappointed in this dealer and I believe I am due a refund for the felonious extra charges of $131.54 for lug nuts I can get for $30.00. They refused a refund and hung up the phone on me. I prepaid for a full set of tires so my college daughter would not have to be treated this way and that is exactly what happened. He convinced her of something that was completely untrue and I know this because I typically do the work on this car and as a matter of fact I just looked at all her lugs to ensure they were in good shape. This is completely uncalled for and the store manager chose to lie to me as well as to my daughter about the transaction. It is completely ridiculous that this dealer who claims to treat his customers like family and then take advantage of a young woman like this.

      We understand Mrs, **** perspective. Hiller Automotive decided to refund the charge for the lug nuts. We believe we did nothing wrong. Refund was for customer satisfaction.

      Mike from Hiller automotive did provide a refund for the unnecessary charge. Though we found a common ground the road to customer service was quite bumpy. I appreciate the solution.
