       I am rejecting this response because:


      Peoria Charter disputed my credit card dispute and the $106 was added back on my account.  I once again disputed it and they said they would remove the charge again.  ****** seemed surprised his company had disputed this & assured me they would not dispute this again & would let the $106 be credited.  I’m hopeful he will do as he said.   I also told him I wanted the full amount refunded and if it is I will not cash the $30.00 check they sent me for being an unhappy customer.  I also told him they sent me $20.00 not $30.00 in travel bucks.  I will accept this as closed as long as I am refunded the $106.00 on my credit card as they sold me one day trip and took us to a different location because **** was the only one in the office and didn’t have time to do her job.

      Morning, I have tried to contact the BBB but have been unsuccessful due to BBB training. I will be out of town until late next week. *** ***** has had contact with Peoria Charter and was given a $30 cash refund and $30 travel bucks for a future trip with us. She also disputed this trip with her credit card company and has received a refund from them (my understanding). I have left her a voicemail and am waiting for her call back.  Not sure what else is needed on our part. Please respond
