At first, working with this company was a very pleasant experience. Kaleb Walker was very responsive and seemed to listen to my concerns and address them which I highly appreciated, and is the reason I'm rating two stars instead of one. The problems came after I officially hired them for the job. I was told it would only be a week waiting period once the plans for my septic were approved and he ended up coming out after over a month, even though the plans were approved and permit issued within a matter of days. He had stated it was due to weather being too rainy, but he passed up doing the job on at least two seperate weeks it was completely dry and didn't respond to any of my attempts to reach out for the second duration. Once actually here for the job, it seemed to be going well but they forgot that I wanted an access riser for my septic tank and left multiple dirt piles in my yard, as well as plastic water bottles all over their work area, and left 4 pvc pipes behind my house. They also left the tank partially unburied and only came out to fix that and left all of the other messes they made. Also in the process of the project of installing this new building, I had been using tarps to have a path to walk on that wasn't muddy. Instead of unstaking the tarps and setting them aside so I may use them again after they left, they used their equipment to push them aside, ripping them and burying the stakes so I couldn't reuse them. Kaleb Walker had agreed to replace the stakes they buried but after 4 weeks and many opportunities and promises to do so, I still don't have replacements and I had to hire a landscaper to fix the mess he and his crew left (who also told me that this is a common occurrence he has seen after one of Walker Drainage's jobs). Overall I'm very disappointed in how this company has handled this situation because I had really liked working with them in the beginning. I will definitely be using and recommending a different company from now on.
