      I needed 2 attic windows replaced. Only one dented window was put in and has daylight shining through the framework, obviously nothing was sealed. They removed the other window and then learned that the new window was the wrong size. They had thrown out my storm window and put the old one back in. This one allowed snow into my attic. They have my down payment and have closed up shop, it appears. This was a multi-state operation with favorable reviews on local ******** pages. Nevertheless, I am going to really pay for hiring them.

      We had Windowz 4 Less in Peoria install gutters, 2 screen doors, a sliding glass door, and all windows (approx 20) through our house. There are not enough characters allowed fully explain all the issues we had. Below are the items I was able to fit. 1) Wrong pieces ordered/ wrong sizes or orientation (screen door and sliding glass door) which for the sliding door ended in additional cost (after they removed the "current door" to find the new one didn't fit) 2) Window sash broken on install (Feb 2022) -1 year later still not replaced (Feb 2023) 3) Poor workmanship when installing downstairs windows leaving large gaps 4) Windows leaked after install (rain for one window and later snow and drafts on all the others), we were told they "shrank" in the cold and needed to be adjusted 5) Garbage from the old windows being removed/new installed left all around the outside of the house 6) Front door installed in wrong orientation and told that they only come that way, only to find they came in the correct orientation and a new one had to be ordered and later installed. 7) Only follow up calls we received were to ask for a review (since another customer gave a bad one and they wanted a good one) to which I declined, and to request that payment be made (those calls came the same day as the work being performed) 8) No follow up calls made by the company- we have made ALL follow up calls to check on the work and replacement window piece 9) Job that originally going to take 2 days having to be done with the initial 2 days and at least 4 follow up days, all of which a homeowner/person had to be home. 10) No itemized bill (or even an actual bill), only the quote was presented. No receipt given once full payment was made. No paperwork on any kind of warranty. Only paperwork received being the quote and the stickers that came on the windows and doors. Most of the issues were addressed through follow-up visits, but the broken window piece remains unfixed.
