Dralle Chevrolet,I'm writing to inform you of my intention to surrender my vehicle based on an unfortunate incident which happened on 8/3/24 one day after my purchase of a 2014 Dodge Dart. The vehicle performed unsafely and was returned to Dralle Chevrolet immediately, which was arranged by my salesperson *** on 8/3/24 which was less than 24 hours of the purchase. I was very upset and was in fear for my life and others. I told *** via the phone I wanted to return the car a be released from the contract. I was told by *** that the vehicle would be looked at by a mechanic on Monday. Instead of having the vehicle diagnosed by a trained mechanic the sales manager ****** and the salesperson *** who only drove the car around their test drive area. This vehicle was not inspected for any defects which could put my life and others in danger, yet I was told this car didn't have any lighted error codes that they could diagnosis. I contacted my salesperson *** and advised him that my daughter and I would be in the office the evening of 8/5/24 to be released from my contract. I was offered by the sales manager ****** to pick another car in the same amount I paid. There are no vehicles in the same amount I paid which would be compatible to the amount I paid and equal to the milage of the Dodge Dart

I towed my vehicle to the dealership after if broke down. they advised me it needed a timing chain replaced. they had the car for almost a month and I picked it up paid them almost $2800 dollars got less then 5 miles from the dealer and the check engine light came on. called and told them and they ask to bring back next day they replaced a sensor they claim was bad. then a day later light came on again. took to a different dealer and was advised of a technical bulletin that a gasket was installed wrong. they picked up the car said would take care of. called and told me they did it when repairs where done. it clearly stat that you have to take it apart to insure it was installed correctly. they never took apart and want me to pay them to take apart and see if they did work correctly. I would never recommend them for service or to buy from they are very underhanded and shady. be warned they will bait and switch you.

I am rejecting this response because: the. Service bulletin clearly stats the gasket was installed In correct and the tech made the statement he installed correctly and if you dont like it sue ************** have also filed a lawsuit against GM and the *** of GM. they refuse to respond to GM and explain how a tech has X-ray vision

    Sincerely,

    To whom it may concern,

The bulletin does not say we installed it wrong.  The customer was informed there was metal through out his engine and was advised he would need an engine.  The customer said he did not have $10,000 for a new engine and we were told to do the timing chain repair from the customer.  He was advised there is no guarantee on the repair requested by the customer.  Pictures of the metal in the engine were provided in the previous message.  Also the customer still has not paid for his repairs since his check as been returned NSF 'Non Sufficient Funds" twice.

The customer and his lien holder have been both notified of the mechanics lien that has been placed on his vehicle for his inability to pay for the repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:its funny that a different dealer stated that was the cause and then they ran over and picked up the car.

My husband and I were talking directly with the owners son about purchasing a 2021 Cadillac Escalade. The Escalade was $105,000. Before making the 6 hour drive to their dealership, taking off work from our own businesses and finding a reliable over-night babysitter for our children we had requested that **** (the owners son) had told us as much information on the vehicle as possible including ANYTHING negative. Of course there was nothing negative or any cons to the vehicle. The entire process of buying the vehicle lasted way longer than expected. As I was pulling off onto the main road the finance manager and **** ran out for me to sign last minute paperwork that they had forgot. It was late into the night and after hours of waiting I was exhausted and ready to get home. They handed me a pen and requested that I signed in my vehicle as I was almost onto the main road. I couldnt see and asked them multiple times what I was signing. They had said it wasnt anything major and that it had to do with financing the vehicle. Weeks had went by and I had requested to receive the title so I could register the vehicle in my state (Indiana). When I received the title I saw LEMON TITLE. I was obviously in shock and emotionally distressed. I called the dealership immediately and expressed to them multiple times that I was recording the phone call, that I was very upset and that I just wanted the deal undone because I would have never paid $105,000 for a vehicle that has a lemon title. The owners son ***** stated on a recorded line that he thought I already knew. I am very upset and hurt by their actions. What they have done to my family and I is completely unlawful. When I went into the copies of my paperwork there was no copies of anything that had to do with buyback, lemon law, lemon title or anything along those lines.
