    My landlord called them to come repair a leak, for the house behind me. ( i think were connected cuz i had low water pressure.) He gave me the number to call if I have any questions. I called & the lady was rude.Made it sound like they'll get here when they get here. When I told her I have minor children in my home, she changed her tone. A guy in the background said 7am the following day. 7am, noone. I called city hall at 8am& stated my dilemma. They transferred me to a supervisor, who said he'll come look at ****** won't be charged for the water that's leaking. This place comes out, Friday some time in the a.m., & leaves. The leak is faster than it was the day before. My landlord said the tenants behind me were told that they'll come back. When? Idk. I called them today & asked when they're coming back. The lady said she'll look into it & call me. ( I gave her my #). They ended up coming late afternoon today. Noone called me to let me know. Thankfully I didn't need water at that time. They leave and bow my drain in my basement is overflowing. Again, if this is normal, not 1 person knocked on my door to tell me anything. I'm glad I'm not paying for their service, my landlord is. Lack of communication, & unprofessional.
