    Date of Transaction: 7/21/24.I purchased PS5 College Football 25 from this store. I went to the counter, told **** what game I wanted, and a PS5. He assists me, sells me a PS5 and the game. Hands me the box and the bag with the game case in it. I believed since this was a brand new game that I was receiving a factory sealed copy. I get home with everything and I pull the game case out of the bag and was surprised to find it was not factory sealed and there was no game disk in the case. I immediately called the store and spoke with ****, explained the situation. He said if I came back in they would take care of it and he would see me soon and hung up. I called back and another employee answered the phone, dont recall their name, and said I had just spoke to **** and that I was not coming back today since it would a 35 minute drive from my house. Instead, I would purchase the same game on the PlayStation store online, and get a refund from Gamestop one day this week because I work for the ************** in ******, **. I asked them to write it down, which they said they would and that would be fine. I returned to the store Thursday, July 25th and spoke to the manager, I believe **** is her name. I explained the situation to her and she told me that nothing was wrote down, I shouldve received a factory sealed copy, and there was nothing she could do for me. She referred me to customer service hot line which told me it had to be handled in store and ask her to check her cameras. I called the store and spoke with the manager again, she told me she checked her inventory system, saw no issues. She said she wouldnt check her cameras and that she had other customers and hung up on me. I have proof of the phone calls I made, which she says I couldve called about anything. I have proof I purchased the same game through the PlayStation store the same day.
