    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against WashU Car Wash in ********** regarding their unethical billing practices and failure to honor cancellation *********** May 2024, I purchased a monthly subscription at their ********** location. In June or July, I visited their office in person to cancel my subscription. Despite their assurance that it would be canceled, the charges continued.I made multiple attempts to cancel my subscription:Visited their physical location Called them repeatedly Attempted to cancel through their website On November 15, 2024, I received an email confirming my cancellation. However, the monthly fee of $15 continued to be charged to my account. Even more concerning, they have been charging me twice per month, on the 3rd and 25th.I request your assistance in:Immediately canceling my subscription Refunding all charges for at least the past five months Investigating WashU Car Wash's billing practices Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    We are sorry to hear about the customer's frustration with the cancellation process. We have confirmed the account is cancelled and have sent that confirmation to the customer. We also offered several free months of car washes as a concession, which the customer accepted.

    On the 27th of October I took my car through there car wash and after driving out I noticed that the door handle on my passenger right side was pulled off I proceeded to tell the attendant he went in to the car wash and brought out my handle stating that the power on the rollers must of been turned up too high he then took pictures and sent them to his manager I didn't hear from then so I called about the cost of replacement which would be ****** for part and ****** to install from a price quote that I obtained from the ***** dealer they told me they would give me free car washes I stated why would I take my car through there again that I wanted the cost of the repair she stated that it didn't happen there.
