    April 9th, 2024 $ ****** Dressler Block Concrete removed our old drive-way and patio and poured a new driveway and patio on April 9th, 2024. The work was done in poor work conditions and did not follow standard procedures for the concrete work. ******** Block does very poor sloppy work with no attention to detail. Lies and steals from customers with poor work and imcomplete follow-up. Only 1 month after they poured the concrete for my driveway, cracks started to appear. We contacted ***** immediately, After inspecting it, he said he would seal, which was done poorly. Now we have three full sections with a crack that goes the entire length of the section. ******** Block did not let concrete set, new part of driveway is now cracked, action to fix it was cut on concrete and let it happen again. The team did not leave forms for more than 2 hours Ruined our main driveway with concrete, took 2 months for him to have team come powerwash all the dried concrete off Did not clean up mess, left trash and garbage in yard.

    Due to the nature of concrete cracking Out of joint is common we did offer to replace the sections of concrete like Their attorney advised us to do

    we showed up to replace those sections at their house and they informed me they wanted the whole driveway Replaced the agreement was to replace the two sections of driveway that cracked we are still willing to do that for them and make it right if that is what they choose to do, but when I was at their house, they told me that they were going to talk to their lawyer and told us to leave

    in the contract that they signed, we do not warranty color, cracking spalling, or any uncontrollable differences with concrete specifically spelled out in our warranty on the contract

    But I am still willing to replace those sections of drive for them. Please advise.
