    TR Miller routinely price gouges its customers. They charged me $650 to rod out a kitchen sink line that took less than one hour. Their website was offering a similar service for main line clearing for the amount of $83 which is more involved. How does the service cost over SIX times that amount? This is not the first time I have experienced this. A few months ago they replaced a cracked vent pipe to the furnace (which I believe happened when they installed it) and it cost roughly the same amount. That work took under 1 hour. There is no cost breakdown given and they know that when they show up they can charge exorbitant prices because customers NEED to have the work completed. They refuse to give any type of pricing or quotes over the phone before scheduling an appointment. They prey on necessity of service and charge whatever they want. I will not be using their services in the future. Buyer Beware, better prices are available elsewhere. I am beyond disgusted in their pricing practices.

    i needed a induction blower on my furnace easy to get to maybe an hour work they quoted $1400 that would be about $1000 an hour i knew it would be expensive but really taking advantage of a disabled vet

    Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year. As expected most places were booked up but TR Miller was able to get out quick and was a referral from someone else. *****, the technician, came out to see what the problem was and was professional and showed us the problem. The unit was old and decided it was time for a new AC and furnace. ***, the sales guy, was also polite and we decided to also get a humidifier and a whole home dehumidifier as part of the install. The installers came out 2 days later and no issues during the installation process but after we noticed the whole home dehumidifier was sitting stand alone on the floor next to the furnace. It was not connected in any way to the furnace. We had my father in law look and in the manual it shows configurations of how it should be connected to the furnace. My wife texted the Manager, ******, that her dad helped us look at the installation and we were upset that there was no connection for the whole home dehumidifier to the main unit. ******* response to my wife was I love it! How many years has your dad been doing residential HVAC? Admittedly, we dont know everything about HVAC but a simple explanation of how a unit in an enclosed room in the basement dehumidifies 2 floors above would have sufficed. They offered to come and explain and show data that it still works as it is but they decided instead to refund our money and pick up the dehumidifier. Since it wasnt connected to anything it was a quick uninstall. I highly recommend looking around at other companies that will address your questions and concerns in a professional manner.

With the professional dehumidifiers we install, they can be installed ducted in to the system or not, depending on the needs of the homeowner.     **** and his team of 3 arrived on time and began work immediately. Everyone was so polite and professional. **** took the time to explain the working of the new AC, furnace and dehumidifier. ** also set up my new thermostat to my phone and showed me how to work it. They wanted to make sure we understood the new system and all questions answered before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

    Top ************** Prompt and timely to get out and deal with my furnace issue. They recommended talking to a consultant as my furnace and AC were over 20 years old. The guy was nice answered all my questions and was able to get it installed the next day. The newly installed unit looks great and is so quiet. Cant say enough about the service I was offered.
