    On 8/7/23 I agreed to have Save Wood refinish (paint) the kitchen **************************** with the owner ***************************. On 9/7/23 he came & took the doors to be painted. About 2 weeks later an employee of his came to paint the cabinets frames. On 10/20/23 **** came to install the doors, he put up a few and my ******** inspected them. The workmanship was poor (at best). We told him we weren't happy & showed him where the original color was bleeding thru. At 1st he said he could touch them up but after showing him that the others also looked bad he said that that's the best we're gonna get, grabbed a door & left. I asked him what's going on, his response was we'll talk about it. My ******** have left numerous messages but he refuses to return our calls. From what we're read this is typical of him. We also found 1 door damaged.

    This is my second complaint with this company with BBB, Save Wood was to come to my house and touch up my cabinets on 9/7/22 based on the last agreement with BBB. No one showed up again so I left a message with Save **** on 9/7/22. The next day on 9/8/22 at 3:45pm a Tech name **** showed up, I showed him wan needed to be repaired, He stated if I wanted the repairs made the cabinet doors would need to be removed, the issue was the handles that were installed by Save **** was screwed on to tight and removed some of the paint. **** took pictures of the area of the cabinets that needed to be touched up. He stated he would talk to **** the owner and show the pictures and would get back to me. I have had no response again from this company. I have called and left messages on 9/12, 9/15 9/19, 9/21 and 9/27 with no return call, I needed these repairs made as I was promised. The total of the paint job was $5000.00, need this completed as promised many times. This company has been still advertising using the BBB logo is which is why I trusted this company to do a good job and stand behind their work, They do not communicate with me until I reach out to BBB for a resolution, how can this company use your logo in their current advertisement when they don't complete the job and never return any phone calls when you leave a message. Need help in getting answers .
