    My sister really wanted a film camera for Christmas and I found a small business that, based on their website, guaranteed 30-day returns. I bought one I thought she would like, and in the chance she didn't, I knew I had an option to either get her a different one through them or just return the camera. Christmas came around and I wrapped the camera exactly how it was shipped in the box for my sister to open (no rough handling on my end). When she opened it, not only was it not working, but she wasn't really in love with it. I went back to the website for the return and could not find a link or a "Contact Us" portion anywhere. The only other place I could find them was through Instagram. I went on there and direct messaged the account (still within the 30 days of purchase). When I asked about the refund, the guy who was contacting me was completely dodging the question. When I asked three more times he responded with " :/ ". I was skeptical right off the bat now because he was being dodgy and only respond with a sad face. He finally said I could return it but then said he got in a life threatening car accident and couldn't help me. I told him all I needed was the link to the returns and I would do the rest and he said he didn't have one. After a few days of him posting on his Instagram story new products for sale and other updates, I messaged him again if there were any updates, because he obviously seemed fine enough to be active on his business instagram. He sent me an address and told me to send it there. Obviously I didn't trust him so I insured the delivery and I made sure there was a signature required upon delivery. A couple days later I got verification the package was signed for. I contacted about my refund and he would read the message and not respond. The package has been delivered for almost two weeks now and still there is nothing from this man.     I already tried emailing and calling you guys before with proof that I attempted to refund her through my website, but it wouldn't let me. Since then I have refunded her through VENMO
