    Do Not Use JL Plumbing!!!! *** installed my 50 Gallon Water Heater in 6 years ago fir DJK. This week we began having issues with the water staying hot. I reached out to *** for assistance, He informed there was no warranty left. I did some research and found out from others in the industry that having these issues after 6 years is a bit soon. I reached back out to *** to ask state that I felt the unit should not be having issues this soon. He started laughing and said to me I sound arrogant for believing that. *** was very unprofessional and typical in that he had the business now so he doesnt care. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Businesses like this only want the business up front, but doesnt want to provide the customer service on the back end!!!*** should not be allowed to deal with customers. PERIOD!
