    I highly would think twice about spending your money with BSS due to their financial policies. We have been a part of their program for almost 3 years and with time comes absences. However under their policies you can make classes up but need to stay registered and actively paying for current classes. Unfortunately, over time British Swim School had no make up classes to really offer so we accrued several. I am out a lot of money over three years and they keep giving me the run around and will not refund not even a portion. The only thing they have offered is to stay registered and keep paying to be able to ride out my make up lessons. I understand they have bills but not allowing me just to make up the remainder of our missed classes is insane. I am so frustrated and believe they are all versed well by their owner to not help in any way. If they had options that's one thing but all they want is your money and not to help you. ****** is their only saving ****** She was amazing as my childs instructor. I would think twice about spending your money with them.
