    The towing company claimed that my vehicle was taking up two spaces. However, I obtained an image showing that another car was parked in the space they accused me of occupying. They also stated that no car was parked beside me, yet they refused to provide images of the side of my vehicle.I believe this towing was unjust, as the company appears to be overly aggressive in finding any minor reason to tow vehicles. Despite having a valid resident parking sticker, my car was still towed. This raises concerns about whether their actions are driven more by financial gain than legitimate enforcement.

    My son's car was parked in my condo parking space. While my son packing up his car to leave. A tow truck driver from Green Machine Towing of ******************* came and booted the car. The car was perfectly parked in my legal condo space.The driver demanded $241 and stated that fee would increase $100 per hour for each hour that he waited for payment (1hour = $341, 2hour = 441, increasing $100 per hour). This boot bandit demanded an extreme payment (see 625ILCS5/18a-300(12) Improper Rates Charged).The tow truck driver did not show any documents (see 625ILCS5/18a-300(7) No Written authorization to relocate). This seems illegal. The tow truck driver would not give me his name (see 625ILCS5/18a-300(13.2) Failure of relocation employee to provide his ID). The 2nd tow truck driver was yelling at my son calling him dumb. I ended up paying 241 dollars to get boot removed. The tow truck driver claimed to own the parking lot. He stated that my son needed to remove his car from my parking space. The tow truck driver stated that his car was banned from the whole parking lot. He stated the ban was for 20 to 40 days. I got the Tow truck driver to give use 2 hours to pack up the car leave. The tow truck driver stated that after 2 hours he would come back and reboot or tow the car. The tow truck driver gave me this almost completely unreadable invoice receipt that he made me sign (see 92IAC1710.170 Relocation tow record form/invoice). Here is a scan of the receipt. I cannot make it any more readable. My son has the right park his car in my space. I own that parking space. I want my 241 dollars back. Please review this case as I feel it may be a violation these laws and also unlawful practice within the meaning of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (Source: P.A. ******, eff. 7-1-08; *******, eff. 1-1-11.). I would like to point out the average parking ticket in ******** is only $35. Please ask the towing company to refund my money.

    The company towed a vehicle that was in guest parking in my condo complex. Green Machine towing held the vehicle for a ****** of $253 to retrieve the vehicle that they stole. Additional charges of $47 for transportation to the business were charged.

    12/07/23 4:00 am Amount $500.00 Booth Work Veichle The Dispute is because the tower use abuse of authority to boot a work truck with no evidence for violation. They sneak while step out of vehicle for a minute claim cant park there over night. Using and abusing authority given. Playing victim role in this case. Claiming repetcusion or asult by recording after they booted the car and claiming an abuse to them and attempt to atack while booting the car. Witch is result of a lie because. 1 they were able to boot the car with no problem from my self. 2 Started recording and claiming they were attacked 3 Use their truck as defense to a threat 4 playing the victim as they recorded This is abuse of authority to a citizen civilian that dont know the law and disavantage. They took of half of my paycheck. In this economy where some businesses like them have no restrictions on how far they are allowed to go. There is a police report on the ************** ******** about this business. Its unfortunate to have this business making money like that out of power abuse and who knows if taxes are payed or worse funded by the state. Is a shame to the ************** and its citizens that income less than ********* a year by working an honest job, pay taxes and no protection is given to them against this corrupt companys.

    The towing company towed my car illegally I was parked in the parking spot for visitors only because I am aware that if you use the parking spots that the tenants use you will get towed no were does it state that if you park backwards you will get towed which was the reason I was towed because I was simply parked backwards and I called the company and they were rude and said why didnt I look at how everyone else was parking when it was night and that apartment has catalytic stealing issues also another reason why I had parked backwards I was not aware of this until now if they wanted to enforce that they would have it stated on a piece of paper but they didnt

    My vehicle was illegally towed from a guest parking spot at ****************************************************** to this company's yard at ****************************************************************. Violations include:Improper signage/practices as defined by ******** Administrative Code:- "Unauthorized vehicles may be towed" letters are 1.5 inches which is short of the 3 inch requirement.- Vehicle was towed ***** air miles which is greater than the 10 air mile max.- *** yard was not attended at all times unless posted on the sign and upon calling, the employee said they were closed and to come back the next day. When demanded that they send someone I was told to "fuck off" and that someone would be there when they had a chance.- Signage is not visible at night when making a left hand turn into the lot where the vehicle was towed from.- Was harassed at the counter by an employee and told that I was stupid and didn't know what I was taking about and that there was nothing I could do but pay up.
