    I contacted Plainfield clinic to set up an appointment for my dog for teeth cleaning I asked the lady that answered the phone about the pricing they said teeth cleaning 345+ the rabies shot update was $45 so I agreed and I set up an appointment before I hang up. She told me you have to put $87 deposit for you to show up and well go towards the treatment once you show up, I said OK Once I went there on 12 /12/2023 they showed me three different invoices and they said before we work on the dog we have to do all the treatment I said is that required she goes by our clinic. I told her that wasnt told to me on the phone and I asked specifically what do I need what is the requirement and she said thats all you need teeth cleaning update **** shots no other requirements I said OK.She said you have to put a deposit $87. Once you show up it goes towards the treatment I said OK.Once I saw all the invoices and they try to upsell me and its a must do due to their clinic requirement, which is it I wasnt aware upfront I said I dont want the treatment so I dog took my dog and left I have contacted them refund the $87 they refuse I would like some assistant on your end. Thank you so kindly.I uploaded the three invoices they showed me The only clinic they try to upsell you to force this treatment for no reason
