    when I said I need someone to build me a website for my business on fb he sent me a message so we talked and then I said I'll give him answer end of the week and tike comes I said I'm doing it my self and he said good luck said thnxs and any questions do b afraid to ask but not say I'll charge u for consulting then I asked few questions and after I got a website built and sent him it he sent back a invoice to pay him that he had no hand in the build of the website and he entered the invoice over 6 times in past 2 days and says I never agreed to anything with him or signed paperwork then he said I'll take u to court for it when it been 3 days he just thinks he can get money from me for a website he didn't even build my budy built it for me

    In response to ******************* we have contacted him telling him that we are NOT pursuing ANY legal action against him in ANY Court for any unpaid services.  We have also eliminated any Invoices or Statements to ******************* for ANY services.  ******************* is not a client of ours and does not OWE ** any money and we are not filing any Court papers for Small Claims.  

    ******************* contacted ** through email on April 7th, 2023 looking for information about creating a website.  We advised on him on what was needed for ******************* and our rates.  At this point he asked many questions and he was told if he needed help to contact ** back. He contacted on different dates through April 11th on ******** with more questions.  He then wanted to move the conversation over to ******** which we did.  We continued the conversation and sent him an Invoice to pay if he wanted to start services with the agreed upon price. on April 12th he said he was going to do his own website and we wished him good luck and cancelled the Invoice since he was not having ** design the website.  We did not design his website or ask for payment for it after he told ** he was going to do it.  We advised him of this.  There was NO payment expected for Website Services.

    ******************* reached out to ** on ******** on May 7th, 2023 after he had his website designed.  At this point he started asking questions about it in regards to Search Engines.  We then started answering his questions.  At one point in the conversation we said "At this point in the conversation, I need to start charging for consulting.  Is that Ok with you?"

    His response directly after this was "Yes".  After that point we continued to answer any questions he had.  We answered them all in a truthful manner and were cordial during the conversation.  During the conversation, *** started insulting ** and cursing at ** for no apparent reason.  When asked why he answered like that he said "ur no help ur just dumb a** shit".  We confronted him about that comment as we were taken back by it when we were trying to help him out. He then replied back "nevermind dumb f*** good luck with ur s***** f****** websites u did" and followed up with "I reported u and shit".  After that conversation we invoiced him $100 for the consulting fee he agreed to.

    ******************* contacted ** through email on May 9th, 2023 with the following.  "never agreed to any s*** from you or signed any papers if u send one more email bsck asking for money ill report you cuz ur trying to scam me for money just cuz u got but hurt on one thing I told you that was right ".  We advised him that agreed to the charges for consulting which he previously agreed to.  He said he would not pay them.  We advised him that we had copies of the conversation we had with him as well as he did.  He then became more combative in his emails.  Because of this we advised him that we would be possibly pursuing the charges in court.  We did NOT file any paperwork in Court.  We just advised him we were preparing to file. 

    We contacted ***, saying that even though he agreed to the charges we thought he agreed as he was confused.  At that point we contacted *** and told him that we would not be pursing any small claims in court and he does not have any financial obligations to **.
