    18 Pad ripped right through on the first use by a 110/115lb 13yr old boy. He jumped off our dock 1-2 above the water and his foot went through the middle of the pad. It was still under warranty but the owner refused to meet me and replace or refund the pad. Extremely poor customer service. They do not stand behind the product they are selling.

    This information is completely false. The damage done to the raft is not a manufacturer defect. This is abuse and misuse. We have seen the pictures and there are tears and gouges throughout the whole raft. It's very sad this individual would contact the bbb and report a complete false report. We have been Manufacturing and Selling the best water rafts in the industry since 2012 and our customers can testify that.
