    We hired Window Pros to come out and fix our ******** windows because they wouldnt open and the cranks needed to be replaced. The man came over, I think his name was **** or **** and walked in and said the windows couldnt be fixed and we needed new ones and spent the time writing up an estimate for new windows instead of trying to fix the ones we already had. Then I asked to at least clean the good ones and he had an excuse for that also. He walked in, did nothing to help us except say you need new windows and then said I have to still charge you $200 for doing nothing.My cousins husband came over this weekend and fixed all three of the windows in less than an hour and said, you did you get ripped off. He tried to sell us new windows and never even tried to fix what we had. I called a repair man and got a salesman instead who charged us $200 for doing nothing.
