      Purchased two Sportsman trunks and they only shipped one. I sent pictures proving only one was shipped. Mistakes happen, but was told there was nothing they could do. Their employee makes a mistake and I pay the price!

      I have *. ******. Crossbow, that is just broken with me when I was shooting it and it's about 10 years old and I called them and they wouldn't give me noh replacement where I can get it. I want to pay for it out-of-pocket but nobody will help me.

      Bought a barnett drt 385 had it less than a month and the limbs split. Was told it would only be a few days now on week 4 of waiting. Was told multiple times limbs were shipping next day now 2 days without an answer of the phone after sitting on hold for an average of 45 minutes a day. I will never buy another barnett product.

      I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding the persistent issues I have encountered with my crossbow. Upon initial use, I faced issues sighting it in, as the arrow consistently pulled hard to the right. This not only caused noticeable gouges in my arrows but also led to substantial wear on one side of the flight track.
      Despite sending the crossbow back for inspection, your team's response indicated that this behavior was considered normal. I was advised to apply rail lube and to accept the situation as it was. I returned the product twice for what I believed to be a critical issue; however, the underlying problem remained unresolved throughout last year's deer season.
      As we entered the current season, I encountered another troubling issue: the crank mechanism has become stuck, making it necessary for me to apply pressure to the bow string to release it, which is highly inconvenient. Even more concerning is that the cocking device has now failed to fully engage when cranked, leaving the crossbow in a partially cocked position, creating a potentially dangerous scenario. If I attempt to disengage the device, there is a significant risk of injury from the pressure.
      Overall, my experience with this crossbow has been disappointing. The ongoing issues suggest it may not meet acceptable performance standards. I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide a resolution.

      I would give a zero if I could. Have been trying to contact Barnett with no answer. Bought a $600 crossbow on 8/2/24. Shot for the first time today less than ten arrows and the string blew up and a piece struck me in my glasses. I have already taken one hyper raptor back already with issues now this. If they arent going to back there product this is an issue.

      ??????Wish I could be out shooting my bow but after a year of being without it , 9 months at Barnett's numerous emails and phone calls and I am still being told " I cannot make this decision, my manager will get in touch with you. " ... I have the reciept showing I paid ******* for the bow , a Hypertac 425 , regestered it as required , all they can do is tell me the bow and parts are no longer available and offer me a bow of much lower cost and value as a replacement ... This is udder bull !!! I HAVE TRIED TO KEEP MY COOL BUT I AM SO FED UP ... Called again today and told the manager is not in today , maybe she will be tomorrow , not for sure .... I get it that things happen but this is utter nonsense . All I ask was to get a replacement bow with the same value and convenances as this one ...

      I have owned several Barnett bows, and have had great success with the reliability, and workmanship with the Barnetts bow. Just over 4 years ago, I purchased a Barnett crossbow that worked well for several years. Just over a year ago the safety on my crossbow would lock up, and it would not fire. With my older bows, I have gone to several local Dallas **** companies when strings were getting old and required replacement. I went to these bow shops, and they could not help me given the safety on a crossbow presents a liability issue. I found the Barnett crossbow repair information in *******, and was asked to ship it to them. My Barnett crossbow was still under warranty, and Barnett is shipping me a new crossbow due to parts not being available for my crossbow. I have been a loyal believer in Barnett for years, and my recent experience strengthens even more my confidence in Barnett crossbows for standing behind their warranty, and excellent customer service. *************************, *****.

      I purchased a Barnett Crossbow back on September 28, 2022. It was delivered on October 3, 2022. When I went to sight it in, I discovered that the scope was defective. No surprise there, seeing how I had a problem with their scopes in the past, JUNK. I registered the crossbow and contacted them thru email. I received a reply on October 10, 2022, that they received my email, and someone would contact me ASAP. On November 7, 2022, I called them at the number on the email that they sent me. I listened to a message on how they started this family business and how proud they were with their business. After about thirty minutes of bragging and them telling me that they might be hunting, I hung up. Really, I wanted to go hunting with the crossbow that I just bought too. On October 19, 2022, I still haven't been contacted by them, so I sent another email. I have even told them on their sight, where I registered the crossbow that I would be going to the BBB. Today is December 8, 2022, and I still haven't heard anything back from them, so here I am.

      Brand new crossbow broke, *********** fix, I would assume. Emailed, called, left voicemails, sat on hold for 30 minutes and CAN NOT get a hold of anyone. Get on their ******** page and check out the comments on each of their posts. It's sad honestly.
