  In April of this year 2022,we had ***** the owner of a Fresh painting coat come over to quote us to repair showing nail holes and the tape lines in our walls and then do a double coat of paint and ceilings in our upstairs and main floor. ***** had gave us a quote and told us he could make our walls look brand new and he could take care of it all . So we had hired him to do the job we had paid him half up front and he said he would have the job done within 3 days. Which ended up being 2 weeks and during this 2 weeks he had his son working here alone and our furniture and light fixtures and fans were not covered while there was sanding going on so it got covered with dust and when I said something he finally got plastic covers that covered half of the furniture so there was still getting dust everywhere. Our house was left a mess the complete 2 weeks they were here with all their equipment everywhere and they never cleaned up each night so there was piles of dust and paint etc everywhere and when they started to paint they did not cover lights fans furniture etc or the floor so there was paints spots all over and we had noticed the nail holes were barely touched and you could still see the tape lines on the ceiling Just about every night before he left I had went around and pointed out all the flaws and asked him nicely to fix them. He kept saying he would do it Basically in the ending 1/4 of the nails holes got fixed there is tape line still in the ceiling showing through, when he painted there is a brush marks showing now, there is paint around our window frames and baseboards, there was paint drops on our fan furniture and light fixtures, vent covers ,around the bedroom doors,the carpet, he said he'd come back to fix everything and he cashed the second check and never came back or responded to any of my texts. A lot of the paint did not come off the furniture or baseboards /fans etc.so we had to replace it and our walls still look horrible.
