    ***************************** work for a company called Everlast Dynamic Public Adjusters was riding around our neighborhood on May 3, 2022 at 4:30pm to give free estimate on roofs that could have been damaged in April of 2022. He (*******) introduce himself and explained the process about the roof, what would take place and I was good with all that. He told me he lived in the neighborhood and also a graduate from Belvidere H.S. which I thought was even better. So I began texting ******* because I hadn't heard anything regarding the status of my claim with Allstate. So, finally Allstate sent me a response that the appraiser would be out on May 16,2022 between 11am -2pm. ******* was always late given information out or excuses why things wasn't working. This Company wants me to pay them over a thousand dollars for no work do on my roof. All I am asking them is to release me from there company so I can moved on. ******* never showed me any shingles nothing just a video that he did. Allstate Adjuster ****** called me on June 26, 2022 a Sunday afternoon stating that my claim was cancelled on June 2,2022 because Dynamic Public Adjusters only sent a video in and no itemized lists stating how much everything would cost. So I text ******* and ask could he stop by my house on the June 28th at 11:30am which he claimed he didn't know the claim was cancelled. After all conversation he said he was going to call ****** to ask why aren't they sending Dynamic Public Adjusters any information. Get this ******* was still texting leading to believe everything was in order but not. ******* also claim he would put a lien on my house if I refuse to pay for work not done what a Big Scam this is. My roof is still not fix and same shingles up there and oh since they up there on shingle has come off and I been in this house over 20 plus years and all my shingles were in tac. Please help me with this situation I just want out. Sending you all of our text messages and email.
