I'm going to give a rating of one because the tech actually showed up. I went through Pivotal Home Solutions , tech shows up to look at my water line leaking . He then steps out for ******************************************************** his van. His reason, dealing with Pivotal Home Solutions telling them different situations so he can get paid out of pocket, so insurance wont cover it. So you will pay them directly out of pocket. He goes sits in the van so you wont hear what he is telling them. Then steps back in the house says he needs to get paid out of pocket that insurance is not covering because they are telling them what they want to tell them & not actually telling them the water line is leaking my warranty company had informed me that this is covered due to the water line leaking but super rooter telling them different so u wont get your claim covered & have you pay directly out of your pocket. A ridiculous amount then steps out for no reason. We then realize he drove off with no announcement. Pivotal Home solutions needs to do a better screening of their contractors because ************************* from Super Rooter was not cool for taking off. All dramatically.

Drywall repair was not explained to me when the company did the plumbing repair. The repair person showed me the contract after the work was done with the disclaimer not responsible for drywall repair. I ask to speak to the manager or owner, they told me I will get a phone call back. I never heard from anyone from the company. The company do have bathroom and kitchen remodeling services and I offered to pay for the drywall repair if they come back and complete the service at a later date, but the customer service agent said they do not do drywall repair.

Our tech was there for service sunday august 14 2022 for a leaking sill c*** the drywall needed to be removed for access to saffely compleat the work. We do not do drywall repairs nor do we have anyone working for us that does as it appears the coustmer was told when they called to inquire about this. The coustmer should have been told about this when the tec did work that we do not repair drywall. Being almost two years since the work was compleated it's hard to put compleat info together. We are sorry for any inconvinence this may have been for the coustmer and I beleive per his complaint that this is what he was told when he called our office even though we do kitchen and bath remodels the drywall if required is subed out for that work thanks Super Rooter
