      Scam Scam Scam in contract with the police station around the corner. they need to be under investigation. my car was impounded Sunday morning with a charge of $230 for police tow then I was charged an additional $330 in fee's. First off how is a storage charge of $100 charged the day of tow! second, I got in town Tuesday how is it already a $100 fee before 430 closing time plus where did you come up with $30 tax come from and its cash only, they are not reporting taxes. Someone should notify the **** plus, the police charged me $1500 to release my car like it was a human on bond which was also CASH! I will be making every move I can, so these crooks get caught! I will be reporting the ***** police as well because why do you need cash and the lady in the window laughing and smiling well see who's laughing next. Not only that they are probably not a real business they don't even have a web site! so yes, I will be getting justice served! 8/11 8/12 8/13

      Fair Towing Inc has no contract with the police department. The police department does their job, and we do ours. We have been in business for 39 years we do not scam people out of their hard-earned money. However, we have liabilities and overhead cost as well. Our towing and storages prices are comparable to other towing companies in *********** **. We do not charge taxes the $30.00 fee was a processing fee.  It is a cash only operation because all other forms of payment can be reversed. We can assure you that we report everything to the **** While we understand no one likes to be pulled over and have their car impounded it does happen and there are fees associated with that. We cannot comment on what the police department charged as we do not share information between the two.

      My car was towed on April 9, 2024, by ***************, the tow company that has my car stated that after 3days there start charging me $100 a day when they only supposed to charge me $50 a day. They trying to scam more money out of me and really like for someone to looking into their finance since they what me to pay in cash, so it's not reported to the **** I also believe there are a few stolen cars on their property that have not been reported, I believe they trying to scam on the insurance company to claim extra money. Posen PD is in on the scam I'll be doing my own follow up next week.

      Police stated I was going 71 miles per hour, when I have Video in my car that keeps up with my speed and ****** System that tracks my every move

      UNFORTUNATELY, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ADVISE FAIR TOWING INC ON THE NATURE OF IMPOUNDING A CAR.  FAIR TOWING INC IS CALLED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DISPATCH TO PERFORM A DUTY. WE ARRIVE ON LOCATION PERFORM OUR DUTY AND TOW THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE ************. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 38 YEARS. WE PERFOM ALL PROCEDURES ACCURATELY.  WHILE NO ONE LIKES TO HAVE THEIR CAR IMPOUNDED IT DOES HAPPEN AND THESE IMPOUNDS DO HAVE FEES. PLEASE CALL FAIR TOWING INC FOR A COMPLETE LIST OF FEES.
