      Order #****** was placed on 12/05/2024. I finally received an order confirmation on 02/21/2025. (see attachment) The order contained no tracking number however so I called and requested one. The first response from the company quoted the wrong order number. Additional requests have been ignored.

      We put in for a loader bucket for our John Deere 6140D tractor and the contract was awarded to German Bliss of Princeville, IL. We had waited almost a year for the loader to come in and almost three weeks for it to be installed. We were told that they were having problems figuring out the hydraulic line routing. We finally got the machine back and was shown the operation of the loader. To remove the loader you must attach longer hoses to the attachment to remove it. Had the company purchased the attachment from the same company of the tractor we would not had this issue. When we started using the machine we noticed and issue with the bucket drifting down which is a big safety concern. This was reported to German Bliss and they sent a tech out who went through the operation of the loader and determined the valve for the hydraulics was defective and a new valve was ordered. This was in September of 2023. When we would contact the service department at German Bliss we were told by **** it was ordered and they couldn't give us a delivery date for the valve assembly. On January 25 I stopped by the service department and spoke with **** to see if they had and update and I was told that she calls every Monday for and update and that it wasn't there fault the ********** ******* ** **** could not get them the valve. **** is a very rude service person. I have always been cordial with her. She Bluntly told me she has emailed my supervisor with updates and again told me there's nothing there service department can do. This tractor is used daily so dealing with the loader drifting down is a constant issue while in operation. Since the State Of Illinois has purchased many pieces of equipment from German Bliss you would think they could provide a solution for problem, either by finding another dealer for the valve or replacing the unit with original equipment from the tractor manufacture. The other issue we just encountered on this date is trying to service the mach fuel filter.

      Hello, I have spoke with the customer directly. He explained the issue at hand. German-Bliss is currently trying to source a functioning loader valve for our customer as the manufacture currently does not have any in-stock.

      I placed an order on *************** November 28th 2022. The items I ordered were available and in stock. I have not been able to reach the company since then. Order number ****** paid in full plus shipping and handling.

      ****, from doing some research on your order, it looks like the parts were lost in transit once they were shipped out of our facility. Unfortunately, if we don't realize this ourselves, we don't see the status change since *** doesn't notify us on their end. If you would like, I'd be more than happy to get another order headed your way. If you would prefer a full refund, that is something we can get done today as well. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on our end and the trouble you've had reaching our parts team. If you have any further questions, please reach out to our Parts Manager, **** ******, at ************. I have made him aware of the situation so he will be ready to handle your order however you would like it handled. Once again, I apologize for the issues you've had with your order and am hopeful we can get this resolved.
