    4everfix appliance repair have been appalling and my patience is hanging by the thinnest of threads. Let me take you through this fiasco. I reached out to your company for refrigerator repairs back on May 11, trusting you to diagnose and resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. To give credit where it's due, you did begin operations on May 12. The first problem, according to your team, was with the compressor. It was touted as being 'bed' and so, I parted with $650, placing my trust in your knowledge and competence, expecting that my fridge would cool down within 24 hours.Guess what. It didn't happen. No cooling, no peace of mind. Just a lighter wallet. Moving on, your technicians then claimed the control board was 'bed' and at this point, I have to question if your technicians just diagnosed the issue through guesswork or perhaps it's all part of a scheme. I paid another $550 to get the control board replaced. I was once again assured cooling within 24 hours.Same story. The refrigerator is as warm as a summer afternoon in the *********, I am now sans $1200, the proud owner of a non-working refrigerator after over a week of your technicians working on it, and burdened with a level of frustration that's worse than you can imagine. I mean, seriously? This must be bad joke or something. I can buy a brand new fridge for around $2000. Where's the logic, where's the satisfaction of service?Since all of this, my calls have been going unanswered, and I'm starting to question the integrity of your business. Youve managed to ignore my complaints with the tenacity of an ostrich sticking its head in the sand. This is not great customer service; it's just a monumental disappointment. I am asking for my money back now because I already contacted other technicians since you are not answering my calls and I cant leave without refrigerator .Looking forward to your swift action.

    Office already resolved the problem with the customer. Long story short, first complain was about the circuit breaker flipping when refrigerator is starting. The compressor is bad, takes too much amperage, we have replaced and customer only paid labor. Customer provided his own pad which he had over the years. We do not take responsibility for customers parts, but pressure numbers was shown good working. Second time we came tech realize the fans didnt work because control board stopped send it power, probably board got damaged due to power failure a lot of times. We apologize for all this happened, we did all our best. But this complaint is closed already and we have refunded part of amount customer paid. So this complaint is closed already.
