    We hired *********************************** the owner of SC-Custom Woodworx **** for a kitchen remodel assignment. We made him an initial advance of 50% of the total cost on the 12th of April and the amount was cleared on the 15th of April. ****** gave us dates for 9th -10th May for the work. He said he would confirm the dates but we had to keep following up since there was no communication from his side. We spoke with him last around May 9th or so after multiple calls. Since then he has neither taken our calls nor replied to multiple texts from our side. Finally we also visited his business location at ******************************* on Friday during business hours but the place was locked.
