This bank took $40 out of my Savings account for no activity. This is a SAVINGS account earning interest. The money is there so I it can earn interest. Not spending it is the purpose! The bank manager, ******** was rude. She stated ( I was going to refund your fee, but I heard someone in the back ground say something derogatory. Now I'm not going to refund it). This is the most unprofessional banking experience I have ever had. I want my money refunded to my account immediately. I would also like to recommend that ******** be required to take a **************** and complaint resolution training!
