So I have to post about our recent experience dealing with ***** ******** at ******** Enterprises.. first off let me say my boyfriend went to him for window tint on almost every vehicle he owned and he always did a great job. he been to him so many times he considered the guy a friend. he recommended him to everyone..family/friends/ppl on line. Always was impressed by his work..until recently. The last 3 vehicles we've taken to him we had to take back multiple times to have the tint fixed. my boyfriends truck we took back 3x, each time he made me feel like I was just too picky (which I am picky) and told me his motto was "look through it not at it". This last time with my truck I had to basically threaten to go to his house to have it fixed and when he finally tracked him down he fixed it but left the truck interior a mess. More recently we took the Cadillac to him for front windshield tint. We had to take it back twice..again each time he made us feel like we were just too picky, reminded of his motto to "look thru it not at it" & the interior was a huge mess. By mess I mean you could see streaks where liquid had ran all down the head unit, dash, instrument panel, etc. We drop the caddy off on a Friday and were told it would be ready Saturday afternoon, we pull up Saturday and look it over. The tint now looks way worse than before, bubbles (dime sized), marks which looked like hairs in the tint right in the line of sight of drivers side, etc. I was sitting in the driver's seat pointing out the imperfections/marks in tint ***** ******** sits in the passenger side, takes a tool out and peels the tint off the corner, grabs it and just yanks it down falling all over me in the drivers seat, he crumbles it up like a piece of paper and hands me our money back (which he had conveniently counted out in his money clip). My boyfriend tried to approach him and tell him it was rude, unprofessional and an unacceptable way to treat a repeat customer of over 20 years, he practic
