      My wife and I had * ****** **** and * ****** **** and a tablet in the month of October 2022. We paid what we needed to so we could early upgrade and purchase iPhone 14's and trade in our 12's to do so. We paid with our debit card. We were told our bill would go up for a month or two and then balance out. We have been to the office on numerous occasions as our bill has been off for some time. The phones we traded in we were being billed for at one point it was fixed in 1 since but we still pay a monthly instalment on the phone. A total of $ 36.63 and have been held hostage by owing money on credit for the cell phones. We have to pay or get sued for money we still owe. We have attempted to resolve this matter in person for months and have overpaid more than $ 200.00 and this amount grows each month this matter is left unresolved. We even called the customer service rep who told us the phones we surrendered to Cell Tech to early upgrade has not been received so we are still paying for the cell phone.

      A glitch in our system kept an old phone charge on the account, along with the new phone charge. We were able to fix the account so the charge would no longer be on there. We also credited the customer all the money back that we owed them from previous over payments. We contacted the customer to let them know that they will no longer have that extra charge on their account, that we have issued them a credit and apologized for the inconvenience.
