    This business was advertising on ******** and living near ****** *********** answered their ad. They said for $28 they would give me a treatment. I have an email from them, claiming this and setting up the appointment . I checked in with the receptionist, she wanted my insurance card. I asked her why? She said so they could bill my insurance for the remainder what was owed after the $28. Needless to say, it was upsetting after I just drove 40 miles. *** can people do this? Im 67 years old
